Scrumming Things Done

Allen Hurst has been a software developer for Improving Enterprises for the past two years. Among his interests are dogs, Agile Software Development, Scrum, and team and personal productivity strategies. Allen is going to share with us some of the ways that he and his team get things done. He is a fan and a practioner of David Allen’s personal productivity strategy, Getting Things Done. He is also the leader of the local Dot Net Users’ Group.

Allen is a very insightful character with an eye for how to do things better. Whether you are a software developer, an office worker, or a student, this talk is sure to be one you won’t want to miss.
