Below is a short description of the presentation for our next meeting
on 3/31.What is Quality? What are its measures? When can/should it be
measureable? We know that an agile project’s highest priority is to:
“satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of
valuable software”. We will explore when and where quality can begin
to address the quantitative value of deliveries during the life of an
agile project. Collaboratively working with the Product Owner to
ensure the Business Owner(s) receive the ROI they expect. This
presentation will provide real world experience and practical
approaches/tools to support the QA professional through this process.-Ed
